Many students suffer from stress in our daily lives. We are under stress because our life are not balanced. We focus too much on studying, during with peer pressure and worring about what others think, and not enough on others things.
Here are some ways to deal with stress and bring balance to our life. Above all,cancel out stress through positive thinking.Take a break from our studies and worries about exams. Second, a hobby can help you leave your worries behind. Whats more, take regular exercise ,eat a healthy diet and get enough sleep. Finally, laughter is sometimes the best medicine for stress.I also listen to some music or read some books to deal with stress.
As long as we take the advice above ,we can lead a balanced life and stay away from stress.
